*Protective equipment such as helmets may be accepted only if they meet current safety standards and our inspection guidelines. Some items may be recycled rather than redistributed if they cannot be safely reused.

Donation Guidelines

Please help us ensure every child receives safe, usable equipment.

Before donating, please:

  • Clean equipment if possible.

  • Make sure all items are complete.

  • Check that equipment is in good working condition.

  • Tie shoes together.

  • Bundle small pieces when appropriate.

  • Place loose items in a bag or box.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT

For safety reasons, we may not accept:

  • Broken equipment

  • Severely damaged items

  • Recalled equipment

  • Equipment with missing safety components

  • Items that cannot be safely sanitized

  • Personal clothing
