OUR MISSION

To empower young leaders to help every child stay in the game by collecting, restoring, and sharing sports equipment within their communities.

Why Youth Leadership Matters

We believe young people aren’t just the future—they’re capable of making a difference today.

That’s why every Locker League chapter is led by League Captains: students who organize equipment drives, care for Community Lockers, recruit volunteers, and inspire others to serve.

Adults don’t lead the chapters. They mentor.

By giving young people real responsibility, we’re helping build confident leaders who understand the value of service, compassion, and community.

More Than Sports Equipment

Locker League isn’t simply about sharing gear. It’s about creating opportunities.

Every donated pair of cleats represents another child stepping onto a field with confidence.

Every glove, racquet, or volleyball represents another chance to learn, grow, compete, and belong.

Sports teach resilience, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance.

We believe every child deserves that opportunity.

We dream of a day when every community has a Locker League Community Locker.

A place where:

  • Families can easily donate sports equipment.

  • Children can take what they need without barriers.

  • Young leaders inspire others through service.

  • Communities come together to help one another.

  • Perfectly good sports equipment stays out of landfills and in the hands of kids who will use it.

One locker.

One neighborhood.

One child at a time.
