Thank you for your interest in starting a Locker League Donation Chapter!
Donation Chapters are led by students and supported by Adult Advisors who are passionate about helping children stay in the game.
Before you begin, please make sure you have:
Two proposed League Captains
One proposed Adult Advisor
An interested host organization (school, church, community center, etc.)
The application takes several minutes to complete so you can save and come back to it at any time.
Applications for Donation Chapters cannot proceed without approval of host organization.
